Penguin Finance provides a platform for all projects on Solana to fundraising in terms of protocol owned liquidity through Treasury Bills (Penguin Bonds). It is a mechanism in which a User can sell their LP in the Neptune Bond Market to a protocol in exchange for discounted Payout Token at a future date.

In turn, Penguin Bond buyers gets a Vtoken to represent their position while their bond vests. Once the VToken vest, it can be redeemed for the Payout Token. It can be held or transferred to others.
